Alongside my full time employment I have completed some freelance or shorter term projects in order to contribute to my personal and professional development which are outlined below. I continue to be open to exploring more opportunities, primarily in the fashion and beauty industries.

I have been writing regular blogs for Hollywood Browzer covering a range of subjects and with features for holidays, occasions, and product launches. This is an ongoing project which consistently provides me with new opportunities to better understand their products as they emerge and practice formulating ideas for blogs consistently and collaboratively. We’re seeing huge growth in interest in corsets at present time due to the success of period dramas such as Bridgerton which show the beauty and femininity of the pieces while corset details have been on trend for the past few years with no sign of slowing down. But why should you invest in this most flirtatious of foundation garments? Whether you want to embrace your inner dominatrix, cabaret performer, courtesan, or regal socialite- a corset is a must-have for the below reasons.

While working with Passiflora I created extensive templates that covered a variety of customer queries and issues as well as constructing a guide alongside these templates that instructed on the exact processes that customer service employees would need to follow. This guide and the templates were put to the test when employees began to be recruited in the Philippines but the training as a result was seamless and efficient.

The different brands sold by the company all had TOV considered for their customer service responses and the templates were made to be used through email, social media, and the live chat.

While working with Passiflora, I created an automated chat bot for the website using the Tidio platform. This very simply went through FAQs and minimised the amount of time customer service employees would spend on the live chat without decreasing conversions. This was a huge success and is still implemented in the format I created.
