Passiflora
Having worked with Passiflora briefly assisting with their Customer Service automations and processes, I was able to build a great relationship with the higher management team. As such, when I decided I wished to return to London I was offered a role with them as their sole Marketing Copywriter based on my portfolio of work.
Having an existing understanding of the brands they represented from my time with the Customer Service team allowed me to very quickly slot into the role. I have since been managing all copy output for the company across their brands TriPollar, Talika Paris, HaiRegen, VOLOOM, FreezeFrame, and have played a key role in creating the branding and guidelines for a new brand which will be launching this year. Alongside this, I work closely with the Hollywood Browzer team to assist in their US output.
In my time with the company I have gained experience writing a range of copy for these luxury beauty brands from product copy, social media, blogs, web landing pages, and ads, to TOV documents, B2B copy, and internal and external briefs for our teams and our collaborators. One way that this role has challenged me beyond other roles is the sheer volume of work and the attention to detail and time management required to write for a portfolio of brands rather than working in-house for one brand. This has added variety to my daily tasks as well as pushing me to become more flexible in my tone and more able to multitask with multiple high stake projects at once.
